The menopause is the time when women stop having periods. You will be diagnosed with it if you haven’t had a menstrual cycle for a year. Women can experience menopause as early as their forties or fifties. Menopause occurs as a result of normal physiology.
Menopause symptoms in women include:
1. Sleep disturbances.
Insomnia during menopause may be brought on by a variety of factors, including night sweats, nighttime urination, and generalized anxiety.
Exercise and avoiding large meals before bed can help with this, but if it persists, a trip to the doctor is in order.
2. Physical changes.
Near the onset of menopause, your body may go through a number of changes.
Abdominal fat accumulation, increased body mass index, altered hair pigmentation, texture, and volume, diminished breast size and tenderness, and urinary incontinence are all possible side effects.
However, it is not always obvious that these alterations are related to menopause. Age and way of life can play a role, and some symptoms may appear at the same time regardless of the transition.
3. Low possibility of pregnancy
During the final stages of pregnancy and up until menopause, a woman’s levels of female hormones begin to decrease. There is a diminished possibility of pregnancy as a result of this.
